NOTICE: DO NOT RETURN ANY EQUIPMENT WITHOUT SUBMITTING THE RETURNS FORM & RECEIVING CONFIRMATION

Any item which does not operate as detailed on this site can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase, less a 10% restocking fee and postage.

If any item is returned in not brand new condition, it may be sent back to the customer without credit. Should packing material be damaged or internal accessories be missing, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied.

Goods returned and found to have no fault after testing will be returned to the Customer and a testing fee of £35+VAT & £15+VAT handling (£50+VAT total) will be invoiced and payable.

How to Return Goods to SimEntry...

If you wish to return a product purchased from SimEntry, please follow these steps carefully:

* Firstly call Technical Support on 0870 919 5315 to first discuss the issue & eliminate some variables that may possibly be causing the fault, such as SIM card, cabling or power supply.

* If it is agreed that any product needs to be returned for further investigation, the Customer MUST fill in this RMA (Return Material Authorisation) form & wait for a call from SimEntry with an RMA reference number before returning any goods.

SimEntry will contact you with an RMA reference number (shortly after submitting the form) to include in the package with your returned goods. You MUST include the RMA number provided with the returned goods.

NOTE: Goods returned without an authorised RMA will not be processed promptly and delays will occur!

* Please ensure you include a copy of your original receipt as proof of purchase

* We will contact you within 24 hours from the receipt of your letter.
